Wet Papers is an adult, 18+ service operated by Wet Papers. We are committed to keeping it lawful and safe. This policy explains what is and isn’t allowed, and how we enforce it.

Adults only

All users must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live, if higher). All depicted characters are adults.

Everything here is fiction

Every companion, conversation, and image on Wet Papers is fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. No real people are depicted or involved in producing the content, and any resemblance to a real person is coincidental and unintended.

Zero tolerance — strictly prohibited

Any content that depicts, sexualizes, or implies a minor or any person under 18, in any form. This is an absolute, non-negotiable limit.
Non-consensual sexual content, or sexual content involving real, identifiable people (including “deepfakes”).
Content promoting real-world violence, exploitation, trafficking, bestiality, or other illegal acts.

How we enforce it

We use layered automated screening and human review on both inputs and generated outputs. Attempts to create prohibited content are blocked, logged, and may result in immediate, permanent account termination without refund. Where the law requires, we report to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement

All visual content on Wet Papers is computer-generated and depicts entirely fictional, adult characters. No real human performers are involved in its creation. Accordingly, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are not applicable. Notwithstanding, Wet Papers does not produce or permit any content depicting minors and maintains a zero-tolerance policy as described above.

Reporting

If you encounter content that violates this policy, or believe a minor is using the Service, report it immediately to support@wetpapers.com. We review every report.
