Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wet Papers (the “Service”), operated by Wet Papers (“Wet Papers”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Adults only (18+)

The Service contains adult, sexually explicit material and is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We may require age verification and may refuse or terminate access if we believe you are underage.

2. The Service

Wet Papers provides AI-powered companion characters that you can chat with and, on eligible plans, request AI-generated images from. All characters are fictional and depicted as adults. All conversations and images are generated by artificial intelligence and do not depict, and are not intended to depict, any real person. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental and unintended.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, request, solicit, upload, or distribute any content that:

• depicts, sexualizes, or could reasonably be interpreted as depicting a minor or any person under 18 — this is strictly prohibited, enforced by automated and human review, and reported to the appropriate authorities (including, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children);
• depicts non-consensual acts, or a real, identifiable person without their consent (including “deepfakes”);
• is illegal, infringes others’ rights, or promotes violence, self-harm, or hatred;
• harasses, threatens, defames, or impersonates others;
• attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the Service, its rate limits, or its safety systems.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund.

5. AI-generated content

Responses and images are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. The Service is for entertainment and is not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise). You interact with companions at your own discretion and assume responsibility for how you use any output.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the messages and descriptions you submit. You grant Wet Papers a worldwide, royalty-free license to process and store that content as necessary to operate and improve the Service (for example, to maintain conversation history and a companion’s memory). You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it.

7. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

Paid plans (Chat and Unlimited) are billed monthly. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full payment credentials. Card-based plans renew automatically until canceled; crypto-based plans are prepaid for the chosen period. Prices and plan features may change with notice. All charges are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Canceling stops future renewal; you keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account reverts to the free tier.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, default characters, branding, and design, is owned by Wet Papers and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wet Papers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wet Papers from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wet Papers is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Wet Papers should insert its governing jurisdiction and dispute-resolution venue here before launch.)
